20% of the stand space fee as per the order is due 6 months before the trade fair’s first day, with the remaining 80% and exhibitor insurance due 2 months prior. Exposure services must be paid 2 months before the trade fair’s first day, while technical, service, and catering services are payable 14 days before the trade fair. Full payment is required to access the stand. For cancellations later than 18 months before the trade fair, 100% of the cost, including the base fee, is payable. All prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT-registration Non-Swedish traders with no permanent establishment in Sweden are liable for VAT. Exhibitors that sell directly to the consumer/end-user must register for VAT with the Swedish Tax Authority in Stockholm.
