Attractive Industry – Ensuring Future Skills Supply
We face major challenges linked to digitalisation and sustainability. One of these challenges is skills development. There is a lack of knowledge about new technologies such as AI and machine learning and, at the same time, few are applying to work in industry. For many employers this is already a problem. It is difficult to attract and retain skills.

There will be daily seminars and panel discussions organised with the theme, “Attractive Industry”. Attractive industry is a collaboration between Underhåll, Rise and the business community.
